This notice explains how Martian Wall uses the details you choose to share through the candidate application form.

What we collect
We collect the contact, location, role, experience, availability, resume, and optional work-authorization information you submit. Please do not include government identification, banking information, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive details in your application.
Why we use it
Martian Wall uses your information to assess your application, contact you about relevant opportunities, and manage recruitment conversations. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How your resume is handled
Your form and resume are sent to the Martian Wall recruitment mailbox through an encrypted website connection. The website uses a temporary file only to deliver your resume, then deletes that temporary copy. Martian Wall may retain the delivered application in its recruitment records as needed to manage the application and related legal obligations.
Your choices
Work authorization or visa status is optional. You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of your application by contacting contact@martianwall.com. Martian Wall will review requests in line with applicable law and its recruitment obligations.
